R E D Real Estate Dubai is looking for a motivated and experienced Property Advisor to join its dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with property investments, selling off-plan and secondary properties, and providing professional guidance throughout the buying process.
This role is suitable for sales-driven professionals with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and a proven ability to build client relationships, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell off-plan and secondary properties to potential clients.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and developments.
• Negotiate with clients and support the closing of property deals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain effective communication throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
