We are recruiting for a Senior Property Consultant – Off Plan to join our expanding sales team. If you are an experienced Real Estate sales professional with a hunger to further grow your prospects in this industry, then we want to hear from you.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an expert in the latest projects, developments, and trends of the market have a proven track record of sales in Dubai Real Estate.
What you are required to do
- Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
- Maintain, manage and qualify leads using the company CRM
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.
- Attend new project launches and industry events.
- Actively be on the hunt for networking opportunities.
- Introduce new projects potential clients and conduct viewings
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
What we require
- RERA qualification preferred
- Educated to degree level
- At least 2 years Real Estate sales experience in Dubai, preferably on off-plan
- Must hold a UAE driver’s license with own car
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Flexibility to provide best service to the clients
- Bilingual skills are an advantage (excellent English language is a must)
