Description:
Staffix Dubai is hiring an experienced HR Executive on behalf of a leading luxury jewelry retail brand in Dubai. This onsite opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with a solid background in retail environments who are passionate about talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labour regulations. This role also involves working closely with store managers to support workforce planning and maintain efficient HR processes across retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations for retail stores.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, compliance, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate payroll-related activities and support employee relations.
• Work closely with store managers to plan staffing requirements and workforce needs.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures align with UAE labour regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the retail or luxury jewelry industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRMS and HRIS systems.
• Immediate or early joiners are preferred.
