Milaya Capital is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join its team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service within a financial services environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, resolving account and payment-related issues, maintaining accurate records, and supporting invoicing and reconciliation processes. Candidates with banking or financial services experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer enquiries related to accounts, payments, and general services.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Reconcile payments and assist with invoicing and follow-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and company policies.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
