Hiring Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in our mission to empower individuals with the financial tools and products they need to achieve their goals. You’ll build relationships with clients, identify their financial needs, and present our best-in-class personal finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets for personal finance products.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor product recommendations to each client’s unique situation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales goals and contribute to the success of the team.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our personal finance products and market trends.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in selling banking products, particularly personal finance, within the UAE market.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving performance goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts.
• A go-getter attitude, with a passion for exceeding expectations and achieving results.
• Valid UAE driving license and a car.
• Fluency in Arabic is a strong asset.
