Description:
Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its Sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily sales operations, customer coordination, and order processing while ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients.
The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in sales coordination, and the ability to manage quotations, customer inquiries, order tracking, and sales documentation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily sales operations and manage order processing activities.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers regarding requirements and updates.
• Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain sales reports, CRM records, and customer databases.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales coordination support.
• Assist the sales team with documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor order status and shipment updates.
• Coordinate with Accounts department for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales operations and customer coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
