Description:
Datailer is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer – Water & Wastewater Treatment to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling water and wastewater treatment solutions across commercial, industrial, and government sectors in the UAE.
The role requires technical sales expertise, strong customer relationship management skills, and the ability to develop business opportunities while coordinating with engineering teams for successful project execution and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, relationship building, and cold calling.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Review customer enquiries and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare submittals, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract finalization.
• Develop sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers and potential clients.
• Support cash-flow analysis and commercial documentation for major projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in:
• Chemical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• 3–4 years of UAE experience in sales of water and wastewater treatment solutions.
• Strong understanding of the UAE water treatment market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or ERP systems is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, analytical, and customer-focused approach.
