Description:
A growing construction equipment rental company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead its finance and accounting operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial activities while ensuring effective planning, reporting, and compliance with UAE financial regulations.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, cash flow planning, and cost control. Previous experience in the equipment rental, heavy machinery, construction, or contracting sector will be highly valued, along with the ability to support business growth through sound financial practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the company’s finance and accounting functions.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Monitor cost control measures and improve financial performance.
• Manage rental billing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise credit management and receivable collections.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and financial requirements.
• Prepare financial reports to support management decision-making.
