Description:
Ancient Builders Constructions LLC is seeking a dedicated HR/Payroll Officer to support its HR and payroll operations in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will assist with payroll processing, employee documentation, and daily HR administrative activities.
The role requires good knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR systems, and payroll procedures while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with monthly payroll processing and ensure timely completion of related statutory payments.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation.
• Support HR administration activities, including leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and employee-related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders whenever required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR/Payroll, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with payroll software is an added advantage.
• Construction industry experience in the UAE is required.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
