As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth across our diverse portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Report regularly on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the UAE market).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in a commission-based sales role is an advantage.
Compensation:
- Probation Period: 3 months, During the probation period, the candidate will receive a commission-based salary.
- Upon successful completion of the probation period and target achievement, the candidate will be offered a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure.
