Description:
Al Ittihad National Private School – Shakhbout is seeking a qualified and passionate Biology Teacher to join its Middle and High School faculty for an immediate start. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences. Applicants with experience in the UAE curriculum will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective Biology lessons for Middle and High School students.
• Prepare lesson plans and learning activities that support student achievement.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Foster student engagement and encourage academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably Middle and High School.
• IELTS score of 6.0 is mandatory.
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with the UAE Curriculum is an advantage.
