Description:
MAXCO Electromechanical LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Site Engineer to join its team and oversee HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance projects across the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with clients and project teams, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the successful execution and handover of HVAC projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, site management experience, and the ability to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites.
• Plan and coordinate site activities according to project schedules and technical specifications.
• Review HVAC drawings, technical submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure efficient utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in HVAC project execution and site management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chilled Water Systems, VRF/VRV, DX Systems, AHUs, FCUs, Package Units, and Ventilation Systems.
• Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
