Hiring Sales Executive – Inbound Tourism (UAE Market)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on inbound tourism for the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target the inbound tourism market in the UAE.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients, to generate leads and secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to enhance our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge, including changes in regulations, tourist attractions, and travel trends, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the inbound tourism industry, specifically targeting the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE tourism landscape, including popular destinations, attractions, and travel services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools.
- Fluency in English & Hindi/ Urdu is required.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
