Hiring Sales Engineer (Renewable Energy) in a key player entity at renewables energy sector

Potential candidate should have:

  • BSc in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Energy or Renewable Engineering
  • Previous experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in Power Electronics (solar inverters, solar system components).
  • Soft Skills and Personality traits: communication skills, sales skills, and teamwork oriented.
  • Having a good knowledge about the RE
  • Products/solutions Market in Saudi.
  • Having a successful sales experience in dealing with big developers, EPCs&OEMs.
  • High level of communication and sales skills
  • Assertive and efficient
  • Fluent both in English and Arabic is essential.
  • The potential candidate is expected to:
  • Serves customers by selling solutions and meeting customer needs.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Analyzing the market and identifying strategic clients and projects.
  • Market research and Telemarketing of identified customers to gauge their interest in Renewable Energy and eventually Planning introductory meetings for the Sales Managers
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Arrange and implement the technical/commercial submittal process.
  • Coordinate with customers during offer & order stage to clarify technical and commercial issues.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Able to make accurate territory survey/assessment.
  • Coordinating with technical and commercial teams.
