Description:
Abela & Co is currently seeking experienced Junior and Senior Storekeepers to join its operations team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in inventory control, storekeeping, and stock management within the food and beverage or catering industry.
The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse and store operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies. Individuals with strong organizational skills, administrative capabilities, and local UAE experience will be highly valued for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory records and stock control activities
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and reports
• Ensure proper storage and handling of stock items
• Support daily store operations and inventory audits
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding stock requirements
• Maintain organized and efficient storage facilities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar storekeeping role
• Experience within the F&B or catering industry is required
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and systems
• Good English communication skills
• Local UAE experience is preferred
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inventory control and stock management procedures
• Storekeeping operations and documentation
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Inventory systems and reporting processes
• Material receiving, storage, and stock monitoring
