Description:
FA Glass is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its growing team within the glazing and façade industry. This position is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with strong expertise in financial management, compliance, project accounting, and business process improvement within a fast-paced project environment.
The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities while supporting strategic business growth. The role also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, supervision of finance functions, and the implementation of financial controls that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning activities.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
• Lead collection management processes and receivables recovery initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, UAE Corporate Tax requirements, audits, and statutory obligations.
• Administer contracts, billing milestones, retention schedules, and bank guarantees.
• Manage insurance policies and monitor financial and operational risks.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management analysis reports.
• Support ERP administration and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Supervise finance team activities and coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Strengthen financial controls and support business growth through effective financial management.
Requirements:
• Qualified Senior Accountant with strong experience in project-based or contracting environments.
• In-depth knowledge of financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proven experience handling VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, audits, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong ERP system knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• CA, Inter CA, or CPA qualification will be a strong advantage.
• Experience within construction, façade, glazing, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.
