NikoHealth is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on transforming operations for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end data migration processes for clients transitioning from legacy systems into the NikoHealth platform. You will work closely with implementation teams and product specialists to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient data transfers while supporting customers throughout the migration journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map, extract, cleanse, and transform complex datasets including patients, inventory, claims, orders, and payer information
• Lead full-cycle data migration projects from legacy DME/HME systems into the NikoHealth platform
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies during migration processes
• Support customers during onboarding and migration phases with guidance and technical assistance
• Document migration processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practices
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or SaaS implementation
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, or ETL tools for data processing and transformation
• Experience working with complex data mapping and system integration workflows
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of:
• Data migration processes and ETL workflows
• SaaS implementation lifecycle
• Healthcare or DME/HME data systems (preferred)
