Job Description

• Acknowledge/Respond to incoming inquiries from the customer(s) within stipulated timelines.
• Read, understand, identify CAD drawings/PDF to comprehend client’s requirements & propose ideal solutions accordingly.
• Drive & conduct the value-engineering activity with Production/Estimation as & when required.
• Processing all sales orders with technical accuracy & as per the agreed timelines/deadlines.
• Supporting the Salesperson by managing schedules, filing important documents, & communicating relevant information.
• Inter-departmental communication to ensure the desired action is taken as per deadlines that are agreed upon with clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience: 2+ Years signage experience as #Sales Coordinator or relevant role
