Description:
Compass International Holdings, in association with Coldwell Banker Real Estate operations, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized File Review Specialist to support remote real estate compliance and transaction file management. This role is focused on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of real estate transaction documents within a cloud-based system.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in California real estate transactions, deep familiarity with CAR forms, and the ability to manage high volumes of documentation with precision and consistency. This position requires strong self-management, urgency, and excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain complete and accurate digital broker files for all real estate transactions
• Review and verify California CAR forms for accuracy and completeness
• Process and review a high volume of documents with consistent attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and internal procedures
• Respond promptly to emails and team communications requiring action
• Cross-check information across training materials and internal documentation
• Follow written and verbal instructions from brokers and leadership teams
• Maintain organized records within a cloud-based transaction system
• Support broker operations by ensuring timely and accurate file completion
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy under strict deadlines
Requirements:
• Active California Real Estate License (mandatory)
• 2–3 years of current California real estate transaction experience
