The company is currently hiring its first Customer Engineer to support enterprise customers, lead technical onboarding, and strengthen pre-sales technical engagement. This role sits within the Customer Experience team and works closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers
• Manage complex integrations including APIs, SSO setup, and custom workflows
• Support email deliverability and system configuration for large-scale deployments
• Act as the primary technical expert within the Customer Experience team
• Handle technical questions related to APIs, architecture, and AI capabilities
• Partner with Sales teams in pre-sales discussions to support deal closures
• Provide technical scoping and solution design for enterprise implementations
• Build internal tools using platforms like Retool, automation tools, and AI systems
• Identify product gaps and provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams
• Help define processes, playbooks, and standards for Customer Engineering function
Requirements:
• Strong experience in Enterprise technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager)
• Proven ability to independently lead technical discussions with engineers, IT, security, and stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, SSO, and system architecture
• Strong understanding of integration workflows and data systems
• Experience building internal tools or automation workflows
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in B2B SaaS or API-first platforms preferred
Nice to Have:
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, etc.)
• Background in data integration companies (Segment, Fivetran, Census, Hightouch, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, or similar agents
