Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain incentive compensation models for Sales and Post-Sales teams.
• Manage compensation review cycles, ensuring accurate data validation and timely payouts.
• Maintain clean documentation and ensure data integrity across compensation systems.
• Coordinate with external compensation consultants and ensure system alignment.
• Respond to internal queries regarding pay structures, attainment, and compensation plans.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables related to compensation operations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all compensation-related processes.
Requirements:
• Experience in finance, operations, accounting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive compensation information.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and leadership.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
