Description:
Byco Insulation Contracting LLC, a Dubai-based company specializing in waterproofing, thermal insulation, concrete repair, and protective coating solutions, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join its team in Jebel Ali Industrial 1.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all quality assurance and quality control activities are implemented effectively across projects, maintaining compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in construction-related QA/QC processes, particularly in insulation and waterproofing works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards across project sites
• Maintain and manage all quality documentation and reporting records
• Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to specifications and procedures
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with project and site teams for quality compliance
• Support audits and quality assessments as required
• Ensure proper implementation of company quality policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining project quality control systems and documentation flow
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in relevant field
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Strong understanding of QA/QC standards and inspection procedures
• Experience in waterproofing, insulation, concrete repair, or coating works is preferred
• Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a site-based, fast-paced environment
