The organization is currently hiring a detail-focused Quality Control Specialist to support remote operations. This role is responsible for reviewing electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards in medical data processing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review electronic medical records to ensure HIPAA compliance and accuracy
• Verify that medical record releases comply with authorization and legal requirements
• Identify and report compliance issues or discrepancies in documentation
• Communicate any questions or concerns to supervisors or team leads
• Maintain quality control standards across all assigned medical records
• Support and mentor new team members when required

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and basic Windows-based applications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow strict compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Must successfully complete industry-related training and certification within 6 months of hire
Physical Requirements:

• Ability to type and use a computer for extended hours
• Visual ability to read digital and physical documents accurately
• Basic physical capability to handle paperwork and office equipment
