Description:

Hiring for Sales Coordinator with experience in Oil & Gas trading. Locally available prefer to those who are in Abu Dhabi,

• Office Days/Timing : Monday till Friday 8am till 5pm
• Transportation : Provided by company from City to workplace vice versa
• Benefits: Annual cash ticket/ health insurance/transportation
• Collage degree or diploma equivalent to 12 years education, Technical or sales qualification will be preferred.
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of quotation and product proposals for dealers and distributors.
• Provide timely follow-up communication to principal and clients regarding quotation and orders.
• Prepare, send and follows up product, material or services enquiries to suppliers or principals and accordingly prepare costing based on approved percentages.
• Prepare and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
• Communicate with client and principal in technical and commercial matters.
• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails & fax inquiries.
• To ensure proper distribution and safe keeping of sales documents.
• To ensure that log and all other reports are updated to avoid confusion.
• Calculate figures and amounts like discount, interest, commission proportion and percentage.
• Manage order and delivery from client and to principal/Supplier.
• Prepare invoices and follow up related pending payment.
• Manage Contacts/Enquiry/Quotation/Order Databases.
