Hiring Sales and Marketing Manager for Crystel (BPO) to be based in #Dubai #UAE

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all sales and marketing operations for the organization. The duties include drafting sales reports, meeting sales targets, and calculating sales profit for products and services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for developing and managing the company’s sales strategy.
• Execute sales plans to achieve targets and ensure growth.
• Lead Sales & Marketing team.
• Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
• Lead and accelerate company’s growth and success.
• Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities.
• Acquire new customers and manage client relationships, new and existing.
• Manage clients’ contracts; pricing, negotiation and legal compliance.

Suitable candidate should be:

• Residing in UAE (preferably an Arab nationality).
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a well-established company.
• Experience in Contact Center.
• Experience in UAE market along with other Gulf markets.
• Marketing experience is an advantage.
