Hiring Sales and Business Development Manager – (Office Furniture)

Location: UAE

Purpose of the Job

To build relationships with existing and potential clients, governmental and private sector , identify opportunities for growth, and develop plans to capitalize on those opportunities. The role also requires strong communication and sales skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams within an organization.

Context

Office Furniture business in the Country. Accountable for business operations and deliver quality output at all times.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new business revenue and improve bottom line
  • Identify potential new clients and develop strategies to win their business
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Achieve sales goals according to the plan
  • Develop new business opportunities with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target
  • Propose new ideas, be innovative, work hand in hand with General Manager in running the operations
  • Keep Management updated on both progress and timeline, providing them with accurate forecasting of anticipated sales
  • Manage client relations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Manage client / customer accounts and provide best in class service
  • Update event calendars in the country and ensure participation of our company in related events i.e. Conferences, Meetings and Industry Events
  • Manage brand partners
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Ensure smooth communication with the internal teams
  • Train, Guide and Develop Sales Staff into valuable salespeople

Skills Required

  • Essential Qualifications Experience
  • Graduation / Post Graduation
  • Computer literate
  • Strong Communication in English
  • 7+ years as Sales / Business Development preferably in office furniture industry.
  • Knowledge of office furniture brands
  • Possess techinical knowledge on office furniture , materials , suppliers etc
  • Market knowledge / Competitor awareness
  • Work with Minimum Supervision
