TASC Outsourcing is hiring an Admin Executive – Medical Checks Coordination for a manufacturing client based in Al Taweelah, Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on supporting administrative and coordination activities related to employee medical checks and onboarding processes within an industrial environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating medical screening schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between employees, medical providers, and internal HR teams. The role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in HR administration or medical coordination who are looking to grow within a structured manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate employee medical checks and occupational health screening processes
• Manage onboarding documentation and administrative support tasks
• Liaise with medical providers and internal HR teams for scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate employee records and medical documentation
• Assist in general HR administrative duties as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industrial health requirements
• Support reporting and data entry tasks using MS Excel and other tools
• Handle day-to-day coordination between departments and external vendors
Requirements:
• Experience in administration, HR admin, or medical coordination roles
• Prior exposure to occupational health or employee onboarding processes preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
