Description:
Dune Pharmacy is currently looking for an experienced and hardworking Pharmacist Assistant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in retail pharmacy operations along with knowledge of online sales and digital order management.
The selected candidate will support both day-to-day pharmacy activities and e-commerce operations, including handling online orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining cleanliness standards, and assisting with stock management. The company is seeking an organized and motivated individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy environment while delivering excellent operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle online sales and e-commerce order preparation
• Coordinate delivery operations with platforms such as Talabat, InstaShop, and Deliveroo
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the pharmacy
• Assist with receiving packages, unboxing, and stock replenishment
• Organize shelves, counters, and storage areas efficiently
• Provide operational support to pharmacists and assist walk-in customers
• Ensure accurate handling and processing of digital orders
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of UAE experience in a retail pharmacy environment
• Experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or Pharmacy Helper
• Knowledge of online sales and e-commerce order handling
• Familiarity with pharmacy delivery applications and aggregators
