Hiring Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Architect

We are hiring RPA Architect with 6+ years of experience for our Management Consulting company based in Dubai.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates immediately available to join will only be considered.
• Min 6+ years of strong experience in RPA and 5+ years in Automation Anywhere (Automation360/A2019 experience is preferred).
• At least 3+ years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development is preferred.
• Exposure to IQbot is a must.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define RPA value. Proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy.
• Develop detail as is Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document), Detail to be Automated Process Description – SDD (Solution Design Document).
• Conduct RPA High Level Assessments.
• Proven experience in innovativeness, ability to integrate disparate technologies.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Solid technical experience in an IT programming development environment with evidence of the ability to complete functional and technical designs, code, unit tests, and documentation.
• Any experience in developing software using agile methodologies is a plus.
• Should be able to communicate effectively with both the technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to develop automation use-cases in discussions with team members.
• Solid understanding of technology and architecture concepts.
• Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
