Looking for Relationship Managers. With relevant experience mentioned below to apply.

Duties will include but is not limited to:

• Build & improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners
• Ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases
• Identify potential opportunities
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services & special offers
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
• Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations
• Oversee CRM system

Skills and requirements:

• Bachelor in business administration, marketing or a related field
• Three or more years’ experience in customer service, sales or a related position
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to lead & work within a team
• Excellent conflict resolution & interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Exceptional organization skills & a strong work ethic
• South African and European Candidates aged between 25-32 Preferred
