The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing budgets and reports, ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, and supporting senior management with financial insights to help drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare budgets, financial statements, financial forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor financial performance, operational costs, and overall profitability.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Coordinate audits, maintain banking relationships, and strengthen financial controls.
• Provide financial analysis, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• UAE work experience is highly preferred.
