Description:
Tiger Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join its construction team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for civil engineering professionals with experience in high-rise building projects who can effectively manage site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and project compliance.
The successful candidate will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure that all work is completed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor construction quality, project progress, and site safety requirements.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and UAE construction regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of site engineering experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site activities, and engineering practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
