Description:

Concentrix is seeking an Analyst, Benefits to support its Total Rewards strategy by analyzing, implementing, and administering employee benefit programs. This role focuses on developing effective benefits solutions that support business goals and help attract, reward, and retain talented employees.

The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders to manage benefit programs, analyze data, support compliance requirements, and improve processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support implementation of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, executive benefits, allowances, and voluntary benefit programs.

• Collect, maintain, analyze, and report benefit-related data to support business decisions.

• Develop clear reports and visual presentations to communicate benefit findings.

• Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative benefit solutions aligned with company strategies.

• Review and approve benefit coverage and costs according to local requirements.

• Support benefit program testing, implementation, and ongoing file management.

• Respond to information requests related to employee leave processes and benefit impacts.

• Review benefit adjustments for compliance with company policies and guidelines.

• Evaluate benefit trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements to recommend improvements.

• Assist with global and local benefit surveys and analysis.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience with Workday is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a virtual environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

• Strong knowledge of:
