A company in Ajman is seeking a Storekeeper / Purchasing Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry along with knowledge of store operations, purchasing activities, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock movement, supporting purchasing activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage storekeeping activities, including receiving and issuing stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Assist with purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock transactions and materials.
• Support daily operations by maintaining organized store procedures.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Catering or Hospitality is mandatory.
• Experience in storekeeping, purchasing, inventory, and supplier coordination.
