In House Recruiter cum Admin required for an advertising and marketing communications agency based in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Responsible for recruitment and on boarding support
• Will support HR for onboarding and off boarding
• Responsible for online posting for job ads
• Qualify and assess applicants and head hunt based on the approved job description
• Sourcing and recruiting for available posts. Mainly focusing on sales personnel
• Interview and assess applicants
• Assist other HR and admin requirement of the office
