This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to sales teams in order to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing, coaching and motivating the sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 – years’ experience in Dubai Real Estate Market.
• Arabic and English speakers required.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) and customer retention strategies
• Ability to manage and motivate a Sales Team
