We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This position is open to candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in the real estate industry. However, we also welcome freshers who are passionate about pursuing a successful career in real estate. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs, and your efforts will be rewarded with a generous commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their property requirements and preferences. Provide professional guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Property Marketing: Effectively market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media platforms, and traditional marketing methods.
• Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential clients. Showcase properties’ unique features and highlight their value propositions.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate the best possible deals for clients, ensuring they receive fair prices for their properties and securing competitive prices for buyers.
• Sales Transactions: Oversee the entire sales transaction process, from drafting agreements to coordinating property inspections, and ensuring a smooth closing.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals through excellent service and a customer-centric approach.
• Administrative Support: Receive comprehensive administrative support to assist with paperwork, documentation, and transaction management.
• Training and Development: Benefit from ongoing training and development programs to stay updated with market trends, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
• Employment Visa and Medical Insurance: Our Company will provide you with an employment visa, and you will be entitled to medical insurance coverage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or a relevant market.
• UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Proven track record of successful property transactions.
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and local regulations.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
