Requirements::
- Client Relationship Management

Market Research and Analysis
- Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market trends, property values, and new listings.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
Property Listings and Showings
- Create compelling property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality visuals.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting the unique features of each property.
Negotiations and Transactions
- Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE laws.
Networking and Lead Generation
- Actively prospect and generate leads through referrals, networking events.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and properties.
Team Collaboration

Qualification:

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own car preferably.
