Description:
A well-established organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its team immediately. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals currently based in the UAE who have a strong background in the real estate sector and are ready for a new challenge.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, manage reconciliations, payroll, and accounts payable and receivable while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Candidates with a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, AML requirements, and regulatory compliance are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare financial reports, perform account reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements.
• Support financial compliance by adhering to AML policies and relevant UAE regulations.
• Assist with real estate accounting activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
Requirements:
• Accounting or Finance degree, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE accounting experience within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, AML requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.
