Description:
Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Group of Companies is looking for a qualified Accountant to join its professional and dynamic team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals with UAE experience who are seeking career growth in a well-established organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial reporting activities. Candidates who are available for immediate joining or can join within a short notice period are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
• Handle VAT-related transactions and support compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain proper accounting documentation.
• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to process financial transactions efficiently.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and basic tax regulations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
