We are hiring a Public Relation officer for our company based in DIP-2, Dubai. As a PRO, you will be responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, of employees and the company, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies.
To be considered, you must have a Diploma degree (Bachelor degree preferred) and a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role within UAE (Dubai 2 year). You must have hands-on experience of using Immigration online system (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah) and issuing all kinds of Licenses / Visas / Cancellations.
A strong background in UAE Labor law, fluent oral & written English and Hindi, and professional understanding of Arabic (read and speak) is essential. Additionally, you should have solid knowledge of Immigration rules and updated regulations, effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies, and advanced organizational and administration skills.
This is a 5 and half days work cycle. Company transport is available from Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama and DIP-1.
