Project Manager
The location of the job will be in China and UAE.
Acts as the client representative with the contractors, partners, and 3rd Parties, during project execution.
Set the project timeline
Negotiates pricing and changes to the scope of work with contractors.
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Collaborates with Business Development, responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
Participates in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings.
Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Mandarin & English bilingual
Management and oversight of operational and business development activities.
Experience preparing cost estimates for theme park projects.
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
