Our pharmaceutical chain in UAE, Abu Dhabi – in need for a Procurement Manager/ Supply chain Manager with the following criteria:
HAAD/MOH license.
5 years to 10 years of experience as a Procurement Manager/ Supply chain Manager in reputed drug store or big chain of pharmacies.
Able to develop procurement policies and procedures and having strong experience of famous pharma ERP software.
Review & Monitoring of day to day requirements and ensuring that the materials are delivered in time
Work with Suppliers and ensuring that the inventory is maintained by them and ensuring we have lower inventories
Establish annual contracts with key suppliers in terms qty., price, and Slab wise rebates.
Complaints are monitored and meetings with suppliers are organized for CFT review and drive for closure
Monitoring of supplier payments in coordination with Finance
Preparation of purchase orders & forwarding to vendors on time
