We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer for Middle East Africa region, based out from Dubai, UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Pipeline Qualification – Validation of Opportunities brought in by Field-Sales & inside Sales teams. Support Sales organization to build qualified use-case at customer environment from a high-level understanding of the Develops domain & also acts as a Liaison between Product Engineering & Customer Success teams which might require granular level involvement as well of the Technology.
  • Pro-active in building plans & execution with the Sales team for organizational objectives. Might require networking at various levels with the customers. Contributes to Solution campaigns, and works with Sales & Marketing teams to understand new offers and leads in assigned regions
  • Solution Selling – Consults with clients to determine their needs and works with eco-system specialists to generate multi-product/service solutions. Take the initiative to learn new offers and products, as they become available and work with and enable Partner ecosystem
  • Proposal/Presentation Generation: Incorporates Requirement summary, environment analysis, and solution design to develop customer-specific proposals and presentations. Understand the competitive market, and be familiar with competing companies and their offerings
  • Relationship Management – develops and manages relationships with technical stakeholders at clients to develop additional business as well as ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Convey key value drivers and differentiators to prospects and customers
  • CRM – captures activity information on a timely basis as client interactions occur to ensure accurate product and service progression. Business outcome-oriented with a focus to meet and exceed sales quota. Manage activity and track opportunities through CRM and other supporting tools

Required Experience:-

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, working with enterprise software products or services.
  • Must have experience working with Cloud-Native technologies & CI/CD, Develops Landscape.
  • Must have Customer facing experience, Ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions.
  • Ability to present at industry events and technical meet-up recent familiarity or hands-on experience with Networking configurations, routing and firewalling. DevOps ecosystem: CI/CD tools, orchestration tools, data center automation, open source tools like Jenkins/Gila/Harness/Argic/others.
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, and Google Compute).Knowledge of general security practices, regulatory compliance requirements, organizational structures, and corporate culture.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
