Description:
Alfa AI is hiring its first US-based Customer Success Manager to build, manage, and grow its customer base across the United States. This is a remote position designed for an experienced professional who can take ownership of customer relationships and help establish a strong Customer Success function in a fast-scaling software environment.
The role reports directly to a UK-based Director of Operations and Customer Success and plays a key part in shaping customer engagement strategies, improving product adoption, and supporting long-term account growth. The ideal candidate will bring a modern, AI-driven approach to customer success while helping to build scalable processes and potentially leading junior team members in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow the US customer base through strong relationship management
• Drive product adoption and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop and improve Customer Success processes and workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and feedback
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling
• Support and mentor junior Customer Success team members (future scope)
• Work closely with leadership to align customer strategy with company goals
Requirements:
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS or software Customer Success roles
• Proven ability to engage directly with customers and manage accounts
• Experience in driving adoption, retention, and account growth
• Background in construction tech, manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of:
• Customer Success strategies and lifecycle management
• SaaS product adoption and retention metrics
• Account growth and expansion strategies
• CRM and customer success tools
