The organization is currently seeking an experienced Regional Developer to join its Risk Management and Loss Control department. This role focuses on designing and delivering training materials, supporting premium auditors, and enhancing learning programs across the organization. The position is fully remote and offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop educational materials for training new and existing Premium Auditors
• Create training content including webinars, class materials, skill builders, and technical guides
• Design supplemental learning resources such as cheat sheets, bulletins, and audit tips
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Review audits and provide feedback for performance improvement
• Conduct live training sessions via Microsoft Teams
• Support onboarding and scheduling of new auditors with managers and regional directors
• Track auditor performance, production levels, and quality standards
• Conduct weekly communication and Q&A sessions with trainees
• Prepare progress reports for management and leadership teams
• Collaborate with training managers to improve learning outcomes
• Maintain documentation, data accuracy, and training records
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in training, auditing, or related field
• Experience in completing physical audits preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Strong data management and record-keeping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Strong knowledge of:
• Premium audit processes and procedures
• Training development and instructional design
• Microsoft Teams and virtual training delivery
• Data entry accuracy and reporting systems
• Time management and workflow coordination
