The company is currently seeking an experienced Pricing Advisor to support clients in optimizing revenue through data-driven pricing strategies. This role focuses on analyzing market trends, advising property management teams, and ensuring effective use of revenue management software to maximize business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor portfolio performance including rent growth, occupancy rates, and pricing trends
• Analyze market data to identify risks, opportunities, and pricing adjustments
• Provide strategic pricing and renewal recommendations to property managers
• Utilize platform analytics to generate actionable revenue optimization insights
• Conduct regular performance reviews and client reporting sessions
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams
• Support client onboarding and ensure effective platform adoption
• Deliver training and documentation to improve client understanding and usage
• Assist in escalation handling and advanced performance analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in revenue management or pricing strategy
• Experience in the multifamily housing industry is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Experience with platforms such as RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, or ResMan preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Strong knowledge of:
