Description:
Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated Global Stock Plan Administrator to join its equity and finance team. This role focuses on managing global equity compensation programs while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an excellent employee experience across multiple regions.
The selected candidate will work closely with payroll, HR, tax, and treasury teams, contributing to the administration and continuous improvement of stock-based compensation processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex equity programs in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer global equity compensation programs including stock options, RSUs, and ESPP
• Manage stock lifecycle processes from grant to vesting, exercise, and settlement
• Conduct monthly and quarterly audits, reconciliations, and compliance checks
• Ensure adherence to global tax, regulatory, and securities requirements
• Support employee communication and education regarding equity programs
• Prepare detailed reports for internal teams, auditors, and external partners
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Tax, Treasury, and external vendors
• Maintain and update stock plan documentation and procedural guides
• Support SOX compliance and ensure accuracy of equity award processing
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of stock administration experience in a US-based global company
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience with Workday and Equity Edge Online (preferred)
• Understanding of payroll processes related to stock administration
• Experience in multinational or technology companies is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of:
• Equity compensation programs and stock administration lifecycle
• SOX compliance and regulatory requirements
• Payroll integration with equity systems
• Financial reporting and audit processes
