The company is currently seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to manage and oversee the fulfillment process for its Modo Boxes product. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of prize fulfillment, maintaining accuracy in operations, and enhancing overall player experience through efficient delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive digital tickets and process prize fulfillment according to defined procedures
• Manage manual fulfillment of prizes for Modo Boxes
• Communicate with players regarding prize inquiries and delivery updates
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base articles related to redemption processes
• Generate and provide operational and fulfillment reports when required
• Analyze fulfillment processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fulfillment operations
• Ensure high-quality player experience through timely and accurate delivery
Requirements:
• Previous experience in e-commerce or fulfillment operations is required
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on process improvement
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
• Strong knowledge of:
