A growing wellness campus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant with a background in healthcare administration. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and patient coordination tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment.
The selected candidate will play an important role in supporting administrative operations, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and staff. This position requires strong organizational abilities and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks within a healthcare/wellness environment
• Handle appointment scheduling and patient coordination
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support front-office and back-office administrative operations
• Coordinate communication between patients, staff, and departments
• Ensure smooth workflow and efficient office operations
• Assist with general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
• Previous experience in healthcare or wellness administration is required
